Helping Our Heroes
Over 250,000 veterans use wheelchairs. At Bridge to Mobility, our mission is to help ensure our military families have the mobility, freedom, and independence they need. Unlike other organizations that help only veterans, we extend our reach to military families as well. For example, if an armed forces member has a child with a disability confining them to a wheelchair, we’ll lend our assistance to them. We also offer support across military branches—we’re proud to have helped veterans from the Army to the Air Force to the Marines.
Advances in medicine, rehabilitation, and longevity are helping preserve the lives of veterans who fought in combat situations, which means an increase in the need for affordable mobility aids, not just wheelchairs but also wheelchair-accessible vehicles which will help them maintain their mobility, independence, and freedom. By donating, you can help us make sure our heroes have the freedom of travel and quality of life they deserve.
